We are looking for competent cashiers interested in working with a retail company.

Job Purpose:
Ensure exemplary customer service, quick sales processing, efficient accurate of the cash register and look after company assets.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
1.   Responsible for the point of sale area at all times.
2.   Ensure customer receive outstanding service: greeting and acknowledging customers, provide friendly service, ensure that the customers have been well attended to and collect feedback from customers
3.    Accurate and efficient management of the cash register
4.   Serving customers at the till point with the right information, monies and appropriate attitudes.
5.   Manage all necessary company asset availed to support operational efficiency at the point of sale.
6.   Note and forward all customer queries and information requirements to the Shop Manager or Assistant Shop Manager
7.   Effective marketing of products on offer, magazines and other promotional packages available in-store.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Ability to be meticulous in tasks
  • Excellent communication, listening and inter-personal skills
Qualifications & Experience
·      A minimum of C plain in KCSE
·      Diploma in business administration would be added advantage
·      2 years of experience.
